Oceania Activation Button Disappeared after upgrade w ORBX LIBRARIES VER 130909

The Oceania button in the FTX Central disappeared after installing the ORBX Library 130909.  The button was there before the upgrade, then disappeared after FTX Central restart.  I ran the Validate Regions File and it showed no error.  I had NZSI installed previously with service pack 2 and did not touch it in this upgrade.  Please advice.

Ed. is everyone going to need this file you mentioned above?. I haven't installed 30909 library yet. So I don't know if I'll have the same issue Joe mentioned, when I install the library.

No, the Orbxlibs installer has been fixed and it appears that Joe was the only casualty.

It was unfortunate but his situation pointed to a little flaw in the cleanup process. It only affected him because NZSI was his only Oceania region installed (and he was one of the first to install)
