Graeme Posted August 31, 2013 Share Posted August 31, 2013 When trying to install the following message occurs: Encountered a sharing violation while accessingD:\FSX\\Orbx\FTX_EU\FTS_EU_NIR_08_custom\texture\346b2an5.agnnext step appears to close install but is in fact still running and I have to close with Task Manager rather than give the option to skip this texture and continue. Paul Webster Posted September 1, 2013 Share Posted September 1, 2013 Hi, It means something else was accessing that file at the same time. I would reboot the pc then make sure FSX and anything else is closed and run the installer again. Also make sure your antivirus isn't set to scan your FSX folder as that can cause sharing violation.
