This is a known problem with DX10 when used with FTXGlobal

Apparently DX10 does not support multibit alpha (graded transparency) in some classes of autogen objects!

Steve Parsons has found a further patch to DX10 that resolves this issue. Hopefully that will be available soon. In the interim, switching off 'DX10 Preview' will allow the lights to work as intended.
