ANSWERED Error list and lost YLIL airfield after installing Australia SP4

Very frustrated with the product and much more so with the difficulty of getting onto the Forum to find support. What a terrible experience so far. After installing FTX Australia SP4, FSX now cannot see my previous download of the Lilydale airport and its features now longer appear when flying at Lilydale.

Also when installing I got this list of errors. Very unsatisfactory. Please help. Also there is no signature tab available under my settings so here is my order number: FSSO218018 ordered on 29/6/13.

OK - so signature option in settings has now come up and I have added my order number to verify that I'm a valid paying customer - look forward to some advice on why Lilydale airport (great Orbx freeware previously downloaded) has disappeared as soon as I installed Australia SP4. Please help

The error messages about the tree textures typically indicate that the user doesn't have Service Pack 2 for FSX installed. Please check whether that's the case for you; one method is to right-click on FSX.exe and select Properties, then check the "Product version" line in the "Details" tab. 

 

Not sure why YLIL would have "disappeared" but if cycling FTX Central (once to "Default" and back to "Australia") doesn't bring it back I suggest re-installing it from the original .exe.
