RESOLVED scenery config/ftx central problem

I have been banging away at this for months but simply cant find a solution

 

Im getting 2 scenery errors appearing on fsx start up, both errors are OZX.

 

Now if I change them to Flase/False in the scenery config and restart FSX all is fine

 

However if I switch regions in FTX the config file is changed back again so those errors are still there

 

Even if I delete the OZX scenery in the FSX scenery library it re appears again when switching regions.

 

 

Now Im not sure if its FTX related because Im having big problems saving settings in FSX even though UAC is turned off.

 

Some guidance on how to approach the config problem would be very much appreciated )
