CoryN Posted June 11, 2013 Share Posted June 11, 2013 I'm concerned that I won't be able to get support for this product, as I purchased it new (in the shrinkwrap) from an ebay seller. That being the case, I can't include an "order number" in my signature. Best I can do is link to one of the admins to the ebay page I purchased it from. But I still purchased it new, so I'm hoping someone here can help. Also, I'm very much a dummy when it comes to editing files & general computer stuff. The concept of "it'll load itself & you'll be able to work it immediately" was definitely coined with people like me in mind. I can find files in the directory, no problem. But what they do or what to do TO them once I find them is something else entirely. Anyways, trying to load the product and the main page won't even fire up. I get a small error window with the following message (after clicking the "details" button). CoryN Posted June 14, 2013 Author Share Posted June 14, 2013 Danke sehr fuer seine Antworte. Unfortunately I've run into a few problems in the process of trying to fix this. First it said I needed to download 3.1. I believe I've done this, but upon trying to get 3.5 to work (still unsure if this is downloading or installing), when it starts, the "transfer rate" is 0 and the entire thing freezes up.
