Aus
Hi Everyone, I just wanted to ask today if it is possible to install my Orbx into my FSX folder which is located in my HDD ( Because my SSD seems to have run out of space for other games etc). Obviously when it installs it goes into my C: Drive and makes its own FSX folder! Any feedback would be very nice because im looking forward to this addon. ( Btw I have had addons before, My Ezdok, ENB Series, REX and PMDG 737 seems to be working fine.
Holger Sandmann
Hi Aus, welcome to Orbx! Actually, our installers don't just "blindly" put files on the C drive. Instead, they rely on your Windows registry to determine the location of your FSX main folder. If there's a discrepancy that means your registry entries for FSX are incorrect and should be fixed first with one of the available freeware tools; see http://fullterrain.com/support.html#registry or http://www.flight1.com/view.asp?page=library or http://www.softpedia.com/progDownload/FSX-Registry-Utility-Download-74741.html Cheers, Holger
