Bitchin Betty
I have recently purchased a wide-screen monitor and have been experimenting with different settings. When I maintain the aspect ratio in Vista and set wide-view-aspect = true in fsx.cfg I seem to get a fish eye effect through the front windows. This setting gives a great feel of speed and depth, but seems quite unrealistic. Can anyone make a recommendation for wide-screen set-up ?
Tim Harris
may be wrong but the wide-view line in the .cfg is for people with those multi-monitor setups I know what you mean about the fish-bowl effect, it looks lovely until you pan around the cockpit, then it just looks strange I myself just use a single 22'' widescreen lcd and set my res at 1680x1050, keeps me happy.
