billhuntsman Posted March 27, 2013 Share Posted March 27, 2013 I have tried to start a helicopter flight at several different helipads (#1, #3, #7) at Temsco heliport in Skagway. As soon as the chopper gets a few feet above ground I get a crash every time. There are no visible objects making contact at this time. I don't get this issue at other airports or if I turn off crash detection. However, many of my aircraft need crash detection on for their damage modelling to work, so I would rather not have to disable crash detection. Is this, perhaps, a crash box issue with this airport?
