tom98250 Posted March 16, 2013 Share Posted March 16, 2013 On both of these products, when I place the DVD in the drive, it half-heartedly spools up, and gives me the icon to execute the install. Instead of installing, the program stops responding, ultimately throws up an error for "invalid procedure," then exits. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You could try copying the contents of your DVD onto your HD and then start the setup.exe from there.
