Flightsim report tickets

Hi

Im not trying to dis anyone as flightsim seem to do such a good job but does anyone have any idea how long they normally take to respond to a contact ticket request?

I put in a ticket on 30Oct and havnt heard back from them as yet.  This morning I tried there phone number but it is only a call back service.

Im hoping to get the download from FTX AU green reopened after a new computer install and inadvertantlly losing the file.... In fact its the only file on the whole damn drive I managed to lose  ::)
