Wolter van der Spoel
Did you try switching FTX Central to default and then back to NA ? Did you try and re-install S45 + the latest libraries (make sure FTXCentral is set to NA)
Bill Womack
This looks like the problem that another user noted when running FSX in the DX10 Preview mode. I'm looking into it and will be providing a fix if found in the next service pack. Until then, try running in DX9 mode.

Gandalf21
I'm using Siletz Bay 1.01 with DX10 and the Fixer too. I have the same problems with the 3D grass. Regards, Martin
Gandalf21
Don't know what it was, but this problem is solved. Installed PNW Patch 8 and DX10 Fixer 2.0. Cheers, Martin
Wolter van der Spoel
it has to do with the drawing order of the textures, mostly a reboot will sort it out
