SgtPepper
I'm not sure if this has been mentioned before but some of the shop signs in Wellington (NZNI) are back to front, New world was one and I think Mitre 10 was another. I'm also not sure if this occurs anywhere else.
fltsimguy
In general this happens, in lay terms, because of the way FSX uses texture files, unless the texture file is reversed and made backward before it is used to "paint" and object it will show up backward. A pain for sure for 3D model makers.
Tim Harris
The autogen buildings in FSX use the same texture on all four sides of the building but flips the texture horizontally on 2 sides, you'll notice there are 2 sides correct and 2 sides not, this is normal, we could fix it by removing all the writing completly, but it wouldnt be quite the same without some localised textures in use. Cheers Tim
