A few minutes in the day to be with your thoughts. BTW, is there a way in FSX to turn off the red 'cockpit view' info in the upper right corner on the screen? Here's how to: 'Convenience' fsx.cfg settings I do actually make some edits to fsx.cfg, but nothing to do with performance. They are purely to remove those annoying red texts which appear all the time, and to also disable the pre-loading of the default flight on startup.
