jerdoo Posted May 3, 2012 Share Posted May 3, 2012 Hi, i installed Swanson today and used the settings as mentioned in the manual. Funny thing is that when i select land detail textures i get a big black square including the airport and surounding area but when i deselect it it looks fine. Any thoughts on this issue? Tim Harris Posted May 3, 2012 Share Posted May 3, 2012 Hi Jerdoo, A screenshot is always handy, The 'Land Detail Texture' function in the FSX settings turns on the detail layer for photoreal and landclass areas, this is something we provide in FTX AERO, can you try opening up FTX AERO and selecting a detail (Coarse is good) and try again?
