boetie Posted March 24, 2012 Share Posted March 24, 2012 I've been trying to put a photo on my profile with no joy. Every time I try I get a message of "failed to set new photo". I just have stock standard Windows 7 pictures tranfered from a camera. Is there something I should know? You'll be amazed at my good looks. Zach Hansen Posted March 24, 2012 Share Posted March 24, 2012 HI Boetie what type of file format are you Using the best way to upload a Profile photo Is by JPEG file format for some reason it will not work in PNG file format open your Profile photo up in paint save it as a JPEG in Flie Save as type JPEG then it sould work.
