dogtrack
Have started a round trip from Perth to Perth in an anticlockwise direction. Following a Flight Plan posted by some kind soul in here, many months ago. North of Ceduna there is a wide band of strange textures running generally in a W to E direction. At first thought it was a scenery hiccup, but checked it out in Google Earth. Sure enough the textures are there as well, though not very defined. So I was just wondering if any "local folk" had any idea as to what they are? Just out of curiosity, as they do cover a massive area...land management of some kind. It doesn't look like an arable zone as that is all to the south. Timber/Forestry perhaps? It's a shame the Google images aren't a bit sharper. Many thanks. dogtrack
Yea, thats the same thing Ian, thanks for that. Would never have guessed at Sand Dunes. Has more the look of sytematic forestry clearance, but like I said the Earth resolution is poor. Cheers anyway.
