chumley
Is anyone here running more than one keyboard whislt using FSX? I heard it is possible via the use of macros that persuede Windows the same key on two keyboards on the same computer is not really the same key and hence allow the user to have more push button options for replicating actions in virtual cockpits. Maurice_King
There is software around that will allow macros and remapping but you might strike issues with turning off programming when needed.
2110
Might be easier just getting a proper gaming keyboard, most of these allow you to program Multiply different map sets, mine is quite an old keyboard now, but it has two map sets per profile created. The profiles can be linked to the .exe of any game or application. It can even changed and switch off and on in the fly. Only problem is remembering which key does what cheers Phil Nearly forgot, you can also create macro’s, for example different combinations of keystrokes linked to one single key.
