clarky Posted August 6, 2011 Share Posted August 6, 2011 Well, this was my third flight in the NGX and it is getting better everytime. There is still much to learn but I think I have the basics down. Anyway, please enjoy these shots of my morning flight from Canberra to Melbourne. Taxiing from the terminal Taking Off! Can't wait for Cityscape to be released - might actually be able make out my house Approach time. The HUD is absolutely amazing for this phase of the flight. Shot overlooking the city Almost there Touchdown, another smooth landing. Closest I have ever gotton to the centreline (thanks HUD!) but a little further down the runway then I would have liked. Slowing down. Forgot to set the autobrake, so by the time I realised I needed the rest of the runway to slow down. At the terminal. Beautifully modelled. Thanks for viewing. clarky Posted August 6, 2011 Author Share Posted August 6, 2011 Framerates are fine as long as I am NOT in the cockpit. FPS at YBBN was around 12, YMML was about 8-10 and YSCB was 9-11. I have sliders about mid-high range though and I have got quite used to flying approaches at 10FPS. Anything less is rubbish. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
