Derek McAllan Posted June 26, 2011 Share Posted June 26, 2011 No weather themes contain their own clouds, they're just weather setups the same as you can make yourself in the Custom Weather menu in FSX, and will use whatever clouds you have installed be it REX or default or whatever else is out there.
