JoeW Posted April 28, 2011 Share Posted April 28, 2011 I contacted a trojan , (Trojan.M SIL.SD) called Mellisa and the removal and cleanup removed the FTXLIghts.exe and the FTXConfigurator.exe. Can I just drop those in the proper place or do I have re-install or can I just reinstall an update to get them back working again. The sceneries are still installed and work just fine. Holger Sandmann Posted April 28, 2011 Share Posted April 28, 2011 Hi Joe, sorry to hear about the computer troubles. Replacing those two .exe files with backup copies should work. The alternative would be to re-install one of the regions along with the corresponding service pack but try the simpler approach first. Date stamps on FTXLIghts.exe and FTXConfigurator.exe should be Sept 2008 and July 2009 respectively. Cheers, Holger Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
JoeW Posted May 3, 2011 Author Share Posted May 3, 2011 I did that Holger, installed the patch for PNW, and I just installed KCMW and I still don't have this or the Lights.exe nor do I have Peeps moving around.
