Patrick Scharnowski Posted March 17, 2011 Share Posted March 17, 2011 After flying the Spitfire pretty much exclusively for almost two months I felt the need to pay a visit to the other end of the spectrum. Despite all the Accusim elements the Spitfire is a relatively simple aircraft and I wanted to see if I could still handle the most complex one in my hangar: the J-41. At first I thought I had forgotten everything but after a couple of minutes everything came back to me and I completed the almost two hour long flight from Butte (KBTM) to Vernon (CYVK) without incident, with proper fuel reserves no less. These shots are heavily edited for a change. In fact too heavily in hindsight but I decided to post them anway instead of throwing them away.
