Andysim
Managed to just get her in. Shes just a little on the big side for a GA field though. Almost impossible to keep her on the centerline when you cant see the runway at all cause of that huge engine/nose A2A Accusim P-47. Andysim
I just purchased the Lancair IV which is my first proper modern GA aircraft. Before I found Orbx I would only fly Big jets, since then I fly small VFR aircraft and plenty of A2A stuff too =). I must say its changed the way I use FSX forever. rockliffe
Sure, me too. Flying big jets is OK, but once you're up high there's not a lot to do until you land! The Orbx guys have added a dimension to FSX that could only have been dreamt about at one time. I still very much enjoy taking a hop out of Heathrow down to Barcelona or Innsbruck but IMHO it's not a patch on being able to fly VFR along the valleys in PFJ or across the open spaces of NRM! Nyxx
Yes Andy a hard bird to land at small strips. If your looks for a perfect low and slow GA, the best two imo are A2A Cub but its veryyyyyyy slow The brilliant BirdDog
Andysim
The more I fly this the more I love it =) On my way home to KORS after visiting the new Portland scenery. Ive got a set of rudder pedals coming in the post tommorow hehe. My credit card is in a lot of pain but I think its worth every penny.
