Mark Abdey
These are shots from a sky theme I've been working on for a while [Days End]- an evening/sunset theme that's vivid, and with a palette that avoids the colour change you sometimes get when changing direction, or panning the camera. Hope those of you with FEX like it.

Mark Abdey
Mark, what cloud theme are you using in those shots...I like em Dave Ah, good question - these shots are a mixture of clouds, but the overall theme is 'extreme blue daze' These are mostly layers of Status and Cirrus, at fairly low levels. Try two layers of Cirrus, one at 7,000ft the other at 17,000ft - same with Stratus...play around Hope you like it Dave.

Mark Abdey
thanks Mark, definitely a great one for dusk. My pleasure Dave - your colours look a little more muted than mine.
dmrich28
bit later in the day, and I'm using softer clouds..not a huge fan of the "hard" edges in most cases. I also added a layer of high cumulus
krigl
Now look at that - a sunset where the sun is actually yellow/orange/red - and not white, or blue, or pink, or purple, or green.... always missed that in FEX, nice work!!
