fjsflight
Why happened this strange condition? This is choice default FSX in FTX central then start in KPAE airport. How could fix!?
Tim Harris
Hello, This happens usually if you have installed the PNW servicepacks with FTXCentral set to [Default] However its simple to fix: - Set FTXCentral to [North America] - Browse to FSX/Scenery/World/Scenery - Delete any ADE_FTX_xxx_xxxx_elevation_adjustment.OFF filesĀ (only delete the .OFF files!) If that doesn't fix its, its possibly third party AI interfering, in which case I would need to know if you run any
fjsflight
Hi Tim has ADE_FTX_PNW_KPAE_elevation_adjustment."BGL"...etc Not any "the .OFF files"? BTW i use PMDG 747X J41 captan sim757 REX(OD) fsinn.
Tim Harris
Roger that, And if you select [Default] in FTXCentral, all the '.BGL' files should become .OFF's, can you confirm this?
fjsflight
Still same .BGL. file not change.

Tim Harris
Head over to the website support section: http://fullterrain.com/support.htmlĀ and grab the ORBXlibs patch Or a direct link to the patch http://myftx.com/FTX_AU_BLUE/FTXORBXLIBS_101205.zip Run the patch then cycle FTXCentral once or twice between North America and Default, let me know how you go
fjsflight
It's see back to normal in Default. I notice ADE_FTX xxxx.BGL with PNW set and ADE_FTX xxxx.off in default set. So if "ADE_FTX xxxx.off" show on North America set is abnormal condition!?and then need delete all "ADE_FTX xxxx.off" file in North America set condition? Tim Harris
I notice ADE_FTX xxxx.BGL with PNW set and ADE_FTX xxxx.off in default set. Yes that is correct, and you should not have any elevation issues now
fjsflight
Yes! Thanks a lot! If happen again in future, just need change to North America set,and see have any .OFF file and delete it ??
Tim Harris
The issue above seems to have been caused by the AU demo installing an older FTXCentral (pre build 1024) which would not know how to turn the elevation files on and off in America And just to be safe always run the latest ORBXlibs patch right after installing any ORBX product Happy flights!
