dmrich28 Posted June 27, 2008 Share Posted June 27, 2008 Pretty nervous leaving YRED knowing I'm going into the sky without power for the first time Between Caboolture on left and Hazelton in distance right at 6100' Praying and reaching for "speedbrake" ( I only thought those were in Cartoons until now) Well..kinda clear of runway at Caboolture. Thanks for following my brief 10 nm journey but a first for me Instructor came over shook my hand and pointed a few faults but said I'm ready to go venture on..... BradHosking Posted June 28, 2008 Share Posted June 28, 2008 FSX works on Terrian for thermals and does it very well. I am a solo glider pilot in real life but do not get to fly that often...
