I have ~$140 AUD in my budget and can afford either 4 x 2GB sticks (8GB) 1600 Mhz CL 9-9-9-24 or 2 x 2GB (4GB) 1600MHz stick with better latency of 6-8-6-24 Should I go for better latency or more Ram?
