manta
and it was a pleasant surprise, expecially after upgraded to 1.06 patch. Too bad it's a frame eater, way too frame eater, and in brisbane it takes my rig to its knees (and I'm not talking about a low end system). Btw a few clips with two last eye candies [img width=1160 height=652]http://fsfiles.org/flightsimshots/images/97117.jpg [img width=1160 height=652]http://fsfiles.org/flightsimshots/images/88318.jpg [img width=1160 height=652]http://fsfiles.org/flightsimshots/images/97519.jpg [img width=1160 height=652]http://fsfiles.org/flightsimshots/images/68820.jpg [img width=1160 height=652]http://fsfiles.org/flightsimshots/images/88622.jpg [img width=1160 height=652]http://fsfiles.org/flightsimshots/images/57623.jpg [img width=1160 height=652]http://fsfiles.org/flightsimshots/images/13824.jpg [img width=1160 height=652]http://fsfiles.org/flightsimshots/images/25225.jpg [img width=1160 height=652]http://fsfiles.org/flightsimshots/images/34526.jpg [img width=1160 height=652]http://fsfiles.org/flightsimshots/images/24427.jpg

manta
Thanks, but don't take into account fps as showned in pics. Issues with brisbane arise as I'm airborne. To keep more or less the same settings I have for YMML, I have to o.c. my two GTX480 Sli, that way I can get away from Brisbane at 14-20 fps. Yesterday I tested YMML and I must say that it is a much smooooooooother and fps friendly airport.
rockliffe
Yeah, I know what you mean about framerates. I had Mega Heathrow installed, along with GEX, UTX, REX2 and the Wilco 737, it was a joke. Sat on the runway with 14frames. So sadly, I have stopped using those darn great airports and stopped flying the Wilco. At the end of the day, 99% of the time flying is in the air, so why sacrifice a load of framerates for the short time you're on the ground? However, I'm pretty sure that Orbx airports are more framerate friendly than Aerosoft, do you have a comparison? As for big birds I now fly the JustFlight A320, which is a big step up from the default aircraft, has superior modelling and detail, but in no way takes the kind of framerate hit that the Wilco has. I'd like to buy into the PMDG 737NG when available, but regardless of all the spin I'm sure that will also be a big framerate hitter \
moonman
Super set here again Manta!!! They all look great to me - especially the big "close-ups" - and the 4th one is a real great eye-candy :o :o !!! sad to read though that this bird has such a negative impact on a system... Really hope that this sort of problems will really belong to the past when MS Flight will be released - really hope that this will surely happen and also in a future not too far away ... but that´s another discussion ... : A REAL GREAT SET here - Thank You for sharing it
