moonman
I was just cruising over some areas of PFJ again... going to head to NRM within the next days... though: i am definitely going to return here!! But for now: Here are four shots that i took while flying around at Bella Coola (CYBD) in the evening towards the coast. The other five pictures were taken during an early morning flight around Fort St. James Perison Airport (CYJM). Still tweaking around with various EMB/ENB settings, various skycoloures, watertextures and REX... - definitely worth it!! Though not 100% sure which of all these great files will be my top ones in the end - but i am 100% sure that there will be several ones!! The Catalina looks great to me - hope You like it too... but - those of You flying around with the Cat from time to time surely know - a really "not- that-easy-to-handle-plane" - especially when outside temperatures tend to be freezing from time to time... Never the less: A great season to visit the northern areas - great atmosphere there now!!! Please Enjoy!! John Lovell
These are some very classy shots, all of them just freaking amazing! Love the plane, love the scenery and you captured each and everyone perfect with something new and different in everyone to enjoy! But the shot with the moon, perfect moment, post card quality, art in its own right! Good to see you getting the best out of your new scenery and REX! Happy flying! moonman
Hello Everyone!! I am sorry for answering a little late, but i am currently not at home in front of my PC - just checking the web in the moment from a friend´s PC so to make a fine stop over at the forums here!! It´s great You enjoyed the pictures here!! Thank You all very much for Your kind replies!! moonman Nice shots!! One thing though.....What is a USAF plane doing in Canadian Airspace?? You're lucky we didn't shoot you down! Hello Jayturf!! HA!! :D a little bit the same as a Mountie does in Chicago maybe ... just the other way round though - not due to south but further up to the north instead - and: not per foot here - but above all: it was just a question of aesthetics i think - because i really like this livery - it fits perfectly with the cold and snowy weather conditions here at my current ORBX winter-wonderland!! - so... it´s not my fault that the U.S.A.F got here ... it is Jankees` fault ;D !! Great Work!! Would you mind sharing your rex theme? Looked simply amazing! Charles. Hello Charles!!As i mentioned above: i am currently not at home and have no access to my PC in the moment - so i think it will be the best way to PM all my sky and cloud settings to You as soon as i am back home - which will be around sometime tomorrow! But one thing in advance: The colours of the sky in the first four pictures above are not by REX - You can find some further information about them by just following and reading through the topic here: http://orbxsystems.com/forums/index.php?topic=27119.0 and then here - i think that this is where You will also find the "download-window" to the skycolours. http://de.forum.ivao.aero/index.php?PHPSESSID=a0d26f32431c96d2e23636d9db348c4e&topic=156552.75 Just click through this sites for a little while and You will find some very good stuff and info there!! All further details concerning my REX and overall sky-settings used here will follow via PM to You tomorrow - so just check Your message-box from time to time within the next days! Oh, you did shoot some more cats ! ...and we are lucky you did - great shots . Have a freezing flight gonna watch out for some birds now alan2!! :D
