Is there a simple way to engage/disengage Auto pilot,its not working on the usual "z" like all my other aircraft?,also elevator trim ?rudder trim works fine,thanks,Doc... Jared Charalambous Posted October 31, 2010 Share Posted October 31, 2010 from the manual To deactivate heading hold mode press the “HDG†button again. The heading flag will flash a few times then go out. If only heading mode was active then you will hear a tone to signal that the autopilot master is also being disengaged. This will occur with any of the available functions if they are the only active function. Pressing any of the buttons on the AP that have thier function displayed above will disable that function.
