alexf
Wasn't easy. Real weather and wind makes it tougher.

alexf
Thanks. Not well positioned. Kind of on the edge, but it counts in my book!
Tigerclaw
Congratulations Alex, the altitude of some of those makes it difficult too. Well done.

Griphos
Of course it counts! The first one is the best one, but only by a little bit! Always fun to land on a tower pad. Congrats!
Patrick Scharnowski
Good job! Now take it to the next level and try it with ridge lift, courtesy of CumulusX.
Ryan Mason
With Cumulus X it can feel like your on an elevator up the mountain, but makes it essential to know how to arrest your ascent and make sure that you are nose into the wind for sure, you can get into a vortex very easily once you reach the top and lose lift! Patrick Scharnowski
Where is that platform scenery from? Something that comes along with the Dodo? No, these firetowers/platforms can be found in the NA Blue/Pacific Northwest scenery.
Blitzer
Good job! Now take it to the next level and try it with ridge lift, courtesy of CumulusX. Yup, adding CumulusX into the mix can certainly make the experience interesting and even more challenging. I actually abandoned landing on a firetower pad the other day because the downdraft being emulated by CumulusX was so severe. That and I did not have the time to keep at it long enough - but certainly fun trying to do it.
