It's called Slew mode :)

1. Select "Cockpit" as your view

2. Press the W key until all instruments disappear

3. Press the Y key to enter slew mode

4. Press SHIFT+Z repeatedly until the top left red text is gone

Now using your joystick, move around to until you get the view you want. Press F3 to raise you elevation slowly, F4 for really fast, F2 to freeze altitude, F1 to descend. Play with the buttons on your joystick to change pitch/bank etc.

I would also recommend pressing the - (minus) key to zoom right out for nice panoramic shots.

Hope this helps :)

Thanks, guys.

I didnt think about slew mode because I don't want the aircraft in the shot. But hadnt occurred to me to remove all reference to it.

That application looks like it might be useful if slew mode doesn't hold up enough so ta. I am writing a tutorial for flying the Level D 767 across Aus, and so need some interesting screenshots.

Again, cheers for the quick replies.
