It's been nearly four months since the last flight in this tour, so I thought I'd better start with a brief recap. At the end of my Victoria tour, I was in Albury. From there I headed to Canberra, and thence into NSW proper. The route so far is shown on the map.

Today's leg is highlighted. We'll be departing the Blayney Air farmers strip, where  the plane's been hangared for the last few months (thanks to an OZx deal...), and heading South...

It's a nice grass strip, with a nearby lake for a spot of fishing

You do need to watch out for the wind turbines though - they can be incredibly noisy when the wind gets up!

We're on a straight in approach. Or it would have been, If I'd spotted the airfield in time the first time around!

Short final. This is a nice little OZx'd-up strip

I shall park up, then it looks like there'll be time for a G&T on the verandah...

When do we see the new version of PlanG?  Or haven't you time for that now you've gone back to Ossieland? ;D

It's in test. There's a few loose ends to tidy up, some bugs to fix and the manual to be finished. I'm hoping it'll be ready by the end of September. There isn't a flight I make in FS that doesn't also involve an element of testing for P-G...  ;)
