VATPAC Pitch Black Military Exercises Darwin/Tindal

Think I made a boo boo tonite..got mixed up with this exercise [ :'( (I did'nt know about it) for which I now know that there is a Notam issued on Vatpac site.

I don't recall getting this Notam via e-mail however be that as it may, in case anybody involved was inconvenienced I apologise unreservedly. I did hold a pattern at Tindal until two F18's had landed and were clear; they were the only aircraft closeby although there was an RAAF Wedgetail quite a distance out.

Anyway, next time I will fly off-line in effected areas durng exercises, presuming that is what is required. I would point out that like most simmers, the other pilots were very nice and just pointed me in the direction of the relevant Notam.
