Orbx values open communication and community engagement but recognises the importance of maintaining a positive and respectful environment for all participants. This policy outlines the expectations for users when posting on Orbx public forums, including Discord and social media platforms, forums, blogs, and community websites.

This policy applies to all individuals who contribute content, comments, or engage in discussions on Orbx public forums. By participating in these forums, users agree to adhere to the guidelines outlined in this policy.

3. General Guidelines

(a) Respectful Conduct: Users are expected to engage in discussions with respect and courtesy. Avoid using offensive language, engaging in personal attacks, or promoting any form of discrimination or harassment.

(b) On-Topic Discussions: Posts should be relevant to the specific forum or discussion thread. Off-topic content may be removed at the discretion of forum moderators to maintain the focus of discussions.

(c) Constructive Criticism: Users are encouraged to provide constructive criticism and feedback. However, comments should be expressed in a constructive manner without resorting to inflammatory language or personal attacks. Repetition of the same feedback by an individual may be considered as failure to comply with the posting policy.

(d) Avoid Spam: Users should refrain from posting spam, including excessive promotional content, irrelevant links, or repetitive messages. Such posts may be removed, and users may face disciplinary actions.

(e) Compliance with Laws: Users must comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to copyright, defamation, and privacy laws, when posting content on Orbx public forums.

(f) Report Inappropriate Content: If users come across content that violates this policy, they are encouraged to report it to forum moderators or administrators for review via email to review@orbxsystems.com
