Volanta data export

A few weeks ago I accidentally clicked Export data in Volanta and now I'm getting an emeil EVERY 30 minutes that says "Your data is ready to download"but when I go to Volanta it's not possible because it's momentarily generated. This is going on nog for a few weeks, these emails are driving me mad!!! Anyone know how to stop this?

I think this was caused by a processing error a few weeks ago which should now be fixed. If this is still the case please get in touch with support and they can escalate it to our team, who can put a stop to it.
