active Anyone Know Why The Traffic Aircraft CFG Setting is not Working in MSFS? I still see planes I fly as Traffic

Anyone have any idea? I go to the aircraft cfg file and disable Use As Traffic Setting, but the aircraft all still show up. 

 

Not sure what's happening.  Any thoughts, or theories as to why and how to fix?
