5a_49_4f_4e Posted March 21, 2021 Share Posted March 21, 2021 Hey there, sorry, at first look this question might sound a bit dumb but because it doesn't made sense to me I wanted to ask. So I looked around a bit in Orbx Central due to the sale at the moment. On some airport pages (for example YMML Melbourne) other scenery is required to use them. In case of Melbourne it is Australia V2 but what happens if I only buy and use the airport, are there any disadvantages when I only use the airport without Australia V2? Nick Cooper Posted March 21, 2021 Share Posted March 21, 2021 Hello, most airport products do work without the prerequisite software, but in a few cases there will be elevation anomalies and in most cases, the airports will not blend into the surrounding terrain as the developer intended them to. Because Orbx wants the customers to have the best possible experience, the other products are listed as requirements but the customer is free to try the products without them and settle for the drawbacks that I have described. It is worth mentioning that a prospective customer can download the user guides for FSX , X Plane 11 and P3D products and read the full explanations in them.
