Bartlett Posted February 25, 2021 Share Posted February 25, 2021 so i purchased the a2a c172 as i thought it would go great with my air hauler 2, so i set up a nomad level and thought this would be the perfect aircraft to start with, the programme reads the aircraft.cfg which is what makes it work somehow... anyway i cannot find this anywhere ive searched my sim obects file in p3dv4 and its not there does anyone know its location? Bartlett Posted February 25, 2021 Author Share Posted February 25, 2021 if its bought through Orbx? see i have bought the cub directly through them and it goes into my c:/Users/*****/AppData/roaming/Lockheed martin/Prepare3d/simobjects however buying it through the 3rd party Orbx it seems to do the same but hide the aircraft.cfg and when i say hide i mean that specific file isnt there even with hidden files ticked to reveal Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
wain71 Posted February 25, 2021 Share Posted February 25, 2021 not sure then, mine are bought from somewhere else and always install to the p3d addons folder, I am currently installing p3dv5 and haven't got to aircraft yet so I can't check just yet....
