John Dow
I was getting the odd connection interrupted a couple of days ago. It is probably happening somewhere between Orbx and your pc, and out of the control of Orbx. The first suggestion is to simply reboot Orbx Central, the download will continue form where it was stopped. The second suggestion is to cycle your modem by rebooting it. If the problem persists please let us know.
docam
Thanks for reply, but doing both doesn't solve the problem. I've stopped Orbx Central by Alt-F4, rebooted the ISP modem, restarted my Windows 10, have done a ipconfig /flushdns but nothing change. Remaining stucked, can't download/install YBBN Brisbane. Also, the log mentions (line 121): Downloading http://orbxcdn.com/v4//ybbn/4da22e77-5f19-4e16-81d1-4a5981e0543d.c.zip In my opinion the problem is surely the double-slash // between v4 and ybbn in the URL By removing one slash, I can download from Firefox the 21MB file 4da22e77-5f19-4e16-81d1-4a5981e0543d.c.zip Something is wrong in file descriptors (or scripts) on Orbx server somewhere, in my high opinion, about this product. docam
Hi, good news: I've retried at 11:00 (UTC) - download is complete. Probably an issue (fixed) on ams1.cdn.orbxsystems.com This ticket can be closed. Regards.
