New customer - downloaded/installed SoCal pack to library on external SSD, can't see scenery

Just as the title says, I'm a newbie, I installed the US Southern California HD pack through Central in to a new Orbx library on my external SSD drive (X-Plane is on my main HD), but can't see the scenery.  My Custom Scenery folder does not contain the scenery folders (obviously, because it was downloaded/installed to my E drive folder).  Not sure what to do now.

Do I need to create a directory junction or link to the scenery files on my E drive from the Custom Scenery folder and update my ini file?  Or something else?

Thank you in advance.

Welcome to the forums.

I need to see where you installed SoCal on your external SSD. so I will require a couple of pics from you please. In order to make the pics small in package size i suggest you use the inbuilt Snipping Tool and save as jpeg, if you are using Windows.

In my attached pic 1 I am showing the location of my libraries by opening Orbx Central/settings/Libraries.

Please attach a pic of your Libraries so I can check the path/location.

I also want then, a pic of the SoCal files in that Library.

Then I want as an attachment a copy of your scenery_packs.ini please.

Thanks
