answered Fuerteventura: White desert, not yellow

Dear staff.

 

Thanks for great Canary Islands. One thing I noted about south part of Fuerteventuara Island, It is so white, should be more yellow (the desert). It´s look like snow.

Thanks for the feedback, however I've received the opposite observations from other users who say in fact it's too yellow, so we're discussing internally what to do here, as it seems everyone likes/sees something different.

I can assure with some confidence (having been there many times over many years) that the sand is quite white in the North East. Any tinges of yellow are found elsewhere depending on whether the island imports sand from the Sahara for the artificial beaches.
