magxav
Hi dear developers, I purchased 2 products (1 is ChasePlane, the other is PMDG 747 Immersion) from OldProp 2 years ago, and I gave up P3D 1 year ago. Now, I'm trying to pick it up. Unfortunately, when I use chaseplane, it noticed me that I need to update VFXCentral. But I search on the whole internet, the OldProp website is gone! And I noticed the company maybe changed to Orbx. But when I tried to transfer my licenses to Orbx Service, the //42 support portal said that The transfer window is now closed. So now, how can I transfer my licenses? Could you help me? I don't remember my license numbers and obviously, I can't provide my purchase proof because it past more than 2 years. In the past, I always login to my OldProp account to see my license numbers or download addons when I need to re-install them. But right now, I have no idea how to deal with it. All I can provide is my OldProp account and password. I don't know If you can check it in your database or system?
Nick Cooper
Hello, welcome to the Orbx forums. Thanks for your enquiry. I think that your answer must come from Parallel 42. Here is their support page. https://parallel42.freshdesk.com/support/home
