Now the app will not open frustrating my attempts to take advantage of the current sale. I have uninstalled the program and re-downloaded a number of times. I have changed the download manager from IDM to Jdownload none of which solved the problem. The download appears to be successful and the opening screen appears in the Task Bar but "ghosts" off to the bottom left-hand side of the screen when clicked on. I have read previous posts on similar experiences none of which have helped. I would welcome some urgent advice so I can spend some money.
