It is not an issue with the addon but more an issue of vram and reported often during the Vulkan development period via XP betas. To make sure, I suggest you run the Verify Files option for the TETB addon concerned and see if it downloads any "missing" files. You also do a test by lowering all your XP settings to the default setting and see if you are getting the same issues. I also suggest you use a slow and low like the Cessna. If you are using a fast jet the GPU/CPU combo may be having a hard time to keep up with the graphics display.
