tonypa28 Posted October 6, 2020 Share Posted October 6, 2020 Hello, I have moved to a new PC and now TrueEarth Great Briton South fails to install with the error message 11835 files failed to install. I have seen previous posts relating to this issue where it was said that the usual cause of this error is insufficient disk space, I don't believe that insufficient disk space is the problem in this instance. I have carried out the suggestion on the previous posts to ensure all bases covered. My system configuration is: Windows 10 home 64, I5 10400 processor, 16gb ram, 1tb ssd + 1tb hard drive, RTX 2060 Super. XPlane 11.5 I have 779gb free space on the C: drive (SSD) and 915gb free space on the D: drive Zipped central log file attached. Having had a further look at the Central log file I noted the error report "texconv exited with code -1073741515" a little further investigation showed this is related to a missing C++ Redistributable install.
