Geoffman Posted May 7, 2008 Share Posted May 7, 2008 I don't want to appear to be a nagging nellie, but is there any update on SP1 and what it might contain apart from a roll up of the hotfixes? John Venema Posted May 7, 2008 Share Posted May 7, 2008 Simple reason for hold off on SP1: we've been hard at work on AU GOLD and we want to ensure both regions interoperate well together before rolling stuff up in the SP. Also, there will be a chance to use some of the nice new texture classes down south as well. We are planning a landclass sweep of BLUE post-release of GOLD and then will roll up all the patches and add the new content. What I'll do in the meantime is bundle all the hotfixes into a single ZIP file and make it easier to download. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

In all honesty I thought it must have been something along those lines, it'll be great to see those new texture classes (not that there is anything wrong with the current ones!)
