I’m running P3D v4 on a Win 10 PC On 14.08.2020 I bought the Milviz KA 350 on Orbx central. The installation seems to be ok, but there was no change to become the KA 350 to work. Inside Orbx forum I found something with a missing file in the Orbx – Milviz download. So I uninstalled the Orbx Version and installed a Version direct from the Milviz side. With the Orbx key (found in the ini file) this Version was running well, but a day later this message was shown: The product is either not activated or the activation is invalid. Please contact support I only can klick to ok and then P3D will close. I uninstalled the Milviz Version and tried again the Orbx version. Then I uninstalled my Central (same Version as I downloaded) After that I made a registry clean and restarted the computer Then I installed the new Orbx Central. The Problem is still the same I also tried to uninstall and reinstall the KA 350 but it won’t work Is there any idea what I can do? You can do that here: https://milviz.com/flight/support.php Please be sure to add the product serial number that you found in the ini file. Lightning Posted August 31, 2020 Author Share Posted August 31, 2020 Hello Nick Short Info about the result of Milviz support They found that I had a dynamic IP address and this is responsible for the problem. They changed the setting in my milviz account. After that I installed the KA 350 with a milviz download and now it works. Hope that this is not only for one day.
