If it's Xbox console version, it's a bit more complex... You will have 4 scenarios for third party addon (as Orbx): 1- available only on PC: your purchase won't be available on Xbox 2- available on PC and Xbox with crossbuy: your purchase will be available on PC (Windows Store version) and Xbox 3- available on PC and Xbox without crossbuy: your purchase will be available on the platform where you buy it 4- available only on Xbox: your purchase won't be available on PC Third party are freedom to choose what scenario they want. Microsoft and Asobo don't force any.
