Taken with V key, no editing, just 32xS AA provided by the monster called the GTX 480...  :o

The lines are seamless!  :D

Can you give us a little more info on your rig, and what kind of frames you are getting with that?

Not the best of the best... but with Bojote's and NickN's tweaks (AVSIM and Simforum forums respectively)...

System:

MSI P55-G55

i5-750 @ 4.0Ghz

4GB DDR3-1600

GTX 480

CFG file tweaks: (Only the relevant stuff)

[JOBSCHEDULER]

AffinityMask=14

[bUFFERPOOLS]

UsePools=0

[GRAPHICS]

HIGHMEMFIX=1

STALE_BUFFER_THRESHOLD=1024

[Display]

TextureMaxLoad=9

TEXTURE_BANDWIDTH_MULT=40

UPPER_FRAMERATE_LIMIT=0

ForceFullScreenVSync=False

ForceVSync=False

[Main]

DisablePreload=1

FIBER_FRAME_TIME_FRACTION=0.25

[DISPLAY.Device.NVIDIA GeForce GTX 480.0]  *only shown to display using FSX enabled AF and nHancer enabled AA*

Mode=1920x1080x32

Anisotropic=1

nHancer Settings:

AA: 32xS (forced, not enhanced)

AF: Application Controlled

vSync: Off

*All other settings default driver values*

FSX Display Settings: (Only things not maxed out)

Texture Res: 30cm

Water: High 2x

Traffic: 0 Comm / 2 GA (controlled by UT2 at 100% Daily and Weekly schedules)

Car Traffic: 15

Water Traffic: 0 / 0

AC Self Shadow: Off

Ground Scenery Shadows: Off

Bloom: Off (ENBSeries Mod instead)

Lens Flare: Off

Results:

Area in Screenshots above: 25~29 no stutters or blurries (FPS Limiter set to 25, so I could probably set it higher with the FPS jumping over 25...)

Urban Areas: Portland - 22~25 (22 over KPDX, 25 everywhere else in town), Seattle - 17~25 (17 over and at KSEA, 25 everywhere else in town) (I attribute the FPS loss to 100% UT2 Traffic)

Hope this helps anyone that was interested.

Thanks for the info, Phil!

Your rig is similar to mine, but I have an i920 overclocked to 3.3, 6Gb ram, and a Geforce 275. Our FS tweaks sound almost identical, with the exception of 32x FSAA. :) Also, I tend to run my textures at 7cm all the time. My fps is locked at 27, and that's pretty much all I get, all the time.

"But Mommy, I really really really want 32x AA!"  ;D

Thanks again,

Nice shots!  glad to see Im not the only one who flies around with the windows open.

I came into that airport (the last one) a week or so ago.  came in from the other end.  that place is fun.

do you have fuel imbalance problems with your Scout?

EZCA?

My left fuel tank is always emptying faster than the right one.  the only solutions are to refuel or reload the aircraft.

Its strange.  if theyre going to implement failures they should give me a repair station or something.  Nonetheless,

its a fun aircraft.

EZCA?

EZDok's EZCamera, simulates head motion effects, turbulence, and ground effects. It's AWESOME! If not for Orbx's fine scenery, it would be my favorite FSX Addon. And it works with TrackIR...  :)

Check out the videos and try not to drool...  :o

I'll have to check on that fuel use bug, I haven't noticed my plane pulling to the right after a long flight, and I don't check my fuel tanks after a flight either...  ;)
